locally- picked select clusters steamed on-site. A setup fee is required and includes labor, tables, barrels, and on-site cookers, hot sauce, cocktail sauce, lemons, crackers, towels, and shuckers.

this southern tradition is slow cooked with red potatoes, bell peppers, onions, corn on the cob, smoked sausage, and fresh shrimp.
